Hi. I’m back!
*Author’s note 9.06.2018 – I see that this post is still getting constant views and I would like to highlight that this was written over a year ago and though what I wrote was accurate based on my experience, I have been informed that the prices and the ambiance of the place has changed. Please refer to more recent posts from other amazing bloggers for an updated guide. If you are here to read about my experience still, then thanks for your support! Do read my latest posts as well. Xx*
Part 1: Trains
It’s 9 PM and I’m aboard a second class sleeping train from
Lopburi to Chiang Mai.
I’ve shelved our Dingalan, Aurora trip article for over a month, so forgive me if this is not one of my best.
I’m a bit too late, I guess, to bid adieu to 2016.
Right before our trip to Ilocos, my friends (since college, yeah, represent!) would tell me “You better write about this!”
I am very lucky.
I know that. I really do.
I haven’t been writing lately because my mind’s a mess.
Everything’s going by so fast and there are days when it feels like I’m functioning properly but am also only waiting for the next emotional breakdown.
Summer is here once again!
I’d take sunshine over rain
any day but man, the heat is most of the time unbearable.
